Harry Glantz joined RailWorks in 2008 with more than 25 years of human resources experience. He is responsible for all HR functions for US and Canadian operations. During his tenure at RailWorks, he has been instrumental in standardizing HR practices and implementing a new human resources information management system across all RailWorks companies. Harry most recently led human resources for the North American operations of ITOCHU Corporation, a diverse Japanese trading company. Prior to that he held human resources leadership positions at Atari, Inc. (formerly GT Interactive Software), Citicorp, and Steinway Musical Properties. Harry was a professional trumpet player before his human resources career.
