Veronica Lubatkin joined RailWorks in 2009 with 25 years of finance and management experience. She most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Par Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc. Prior to that, she held executive management positions with Schering-Plough Corporation where she had responsibility for multiple locations as part of worldwide operations. Veronica is responsible for all financial operations including accounting, treasury, internal audit, risk management, financial planning & analysis and tax as well as information technology.
