Safety is not a program, slogan or buzzword at RailWorks. It's simply how we conduct business. Safety is the responsibility of every RailWorks employee.
We are committed to working accident and injury free and back that up with on-going training and briefings at all job sites. We will not compromise the safety of our employees, our customers, the general public or the environment. Our goal is zero injuries and accidents.
RailWorks is proud of our safety performance, but we strive to make it even better. Our Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) incident rates are below average industry levels. Many of our employees have assumed leadership roles in industry safety-related associations.
