Gene Cellini has served the corporation and its subsidiaries for more than 20 years, providing leadership of the Tax department. In 1985 he joined Comstock Group, Inc, formerly the parent company of L.K. Comstock & Company, which is now a RailWorks subsidiary. He was named vice president of tax in 1998 and is responsible for managing the tax obligations of RailWorks and its subsidiaries, including tax transactions, federal, state and local tax filings, audits, hearings and litigation. In 2008 he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Tax. Prior to joining the company, he served as a manager for Big 8 accounting firm Deloitte Haskins and Sells.
