Jeff Levy is a business leader with more than 30 years experience in the design and construction industry. Since joining RailWorks in 2005 as president and CEO, he has led successful initiatives to strengthen the company’s financial base, focusing on its core track and transit & systems construction and maintenance businesses. During his tenure, RailWorks has experienced dramatic growth in both revenue and profitability, nearly doubling in size while investing in developing its people, its safety culture and its work equipment fleet. Jeff previously served as the president and COO of EMCOR Group, Inc. a $4.5 billion, Fortune 500 company with 26,000 employees, where he played a major role in profitably building the business through a combination of organic growth, strategic alliances and acquisitions.
