Leonardo “Leo” Villalobos

Leo Villalobos is a certified construction manager and electrical engineer with more than 25 years of experience working on transportation construction projects throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Based at L.K. Comstock National Transit’s headquarters in Norcross, Ga., he is responsible for building on L.K. Comstock’s long history of quality performance on transit and systems projects. He leads business development initiatives throughout North America but outside the New York City metro region. He previously led the contracts department with responsibility for all phases of contract management from business development through project completion. Prior to his work with L.K. Comstock, he held project and engineering management positions with HDR, Inc., and AECOM Transportation.
