Description
RailWorks served as the prime contractor to rehabilitate the lines for 13 RailAmerica properties in the central and eastern United States from 2003 through 2008.
Scope
RailWorks installed 501,050 ties, surfaced 989 miles of track, relayed 23 miles of rail, gauged 15 miles of track and performed various track rehabilitations. All work was performed to meet or exceed FRA standards and regulations.
