PNR RailWorks crews are replacing power rail on the Expo Line. By early 2015, they had replaced about 40 kilometers (about 25 miles). 

PNR RailWorks built part of the 15.5 miles of the Union Pearson Express near the Toronto Pearson International Airport. 

RailWorks completed this $66 million joint-venture project with Granite Construction to construct a modern streetcar line in Tucson, Ariz. The Sun Link streetcar system opened for service July 25, 2014.


RailWorks companies combined forces on a project to construct the multimodal transportation hub featuring a relocated Target Field Station as a central element. The Interchange/Target Field Station links light rail, commuter rail and bus service and contains a civic space for retailers, an amphitheater and green space. 

RailWorks provided overall track management and track installation for the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit (CCLRT) link between Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn.

DART's $188 million Blue Line expansion added 4.8 miles to the light rail line to link the downtowns of Garland and Rowlett, Texas. RailWorks companies L.K. Comstock and RailWorks Track Systems began work on the project in February 2009. DART began revenue service on the extension in December 2012.

RailWorks Track Services installed all track components for a new signalized crossover interlocking on the double main track of the St. Louis MetroLink light rail system.

RailWorks completed the first phase of grade crossing rehabilitation for the light rail system in Cleveland, Ohio.

RailWorks completed multiple track upgrades for the Chicago Transit Authority Loop Renewal Project on a stretch of the rapid transit system in Chicago's downtown Financial District.

Early in 2011, RailWorks Track Systems finished work on MIA Mover, its third rubber-tired automated people mover (APM) system project in  12 months. 

The AirportLink Metrorail Extension is the latest of the major transportation projects that RailWorks has constructed that are associated with Miami International Airport.

RailWorks and joint venture partner Archer Western constructed SunRail, a 62-mile design-build commuter rail line project in the Greater Orlando area.

RailWorks installed more than 16,000 feet of new rail as well as special track work and ties in a $16.2 million project at Fern Rock Yard in Philadelphia, Pa.

PNR RailWorks constructed this 20-kilometer light rail line, the second line in the SkyTrain system, in 2000 and its extension in 2006. The Millennium Line, an expansion to Vancouver’s SkyTrain rapid transit system, begins in New Westminster and extends west to near Vancouver Community College.

RailWorks served as the prime contractor to upgrade track and signals infrastructure on a former BNSF freight line to meet Class 5, dual-use passenger/freight line standards. The project extends Sounder commuter service from Tacoma to Lakewood.

RailWorks' Youngstown, Ohio, office completed a $1.8 million project to reconstruct four, double-track crossings for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority.

RailWorks improved track quality and safety by replacing 38,000 wood half-ties with directfixation fasteners cast in concrete.

The Edmonton Transit System added a $675 million, 7.8 km. LRT extension to in the southern portion of the metro area. PNR RailWorks performed both track construction and signal work on the project, which was completed in 2010.

PNR RailWorks served as the general contractor to construct a commuter extension on GO Transit’s Bradford to Barrie line in Ontario.

RailWorks served as a subcontractor to PCL Construction Services and performed track construction and related services.

The Market Street Reconstruction (MSE) Project included reconstructing five existing stations and the adjoining track. ..

RailWorks provided track, traction power, signal/communications and facility construction services to expand the light rail line at Fairview Heights to accommodate additional rail capacity.
