NEW YORK – July 6, 2026 – RailWorks is pleased to announce the return of Richard Carney as Executive Vice President for Track Branch, effective July 6.

Carney will oversee RailWorks’ regional track operations throughout North America, leveraging his extensive industry experience to support strategic growth and operational oversight while advancing the company’s commitment to industry-leading safety, disciplined governance, and customer-focused service.

A respected rail industry leader with more than 35 years of experience, Carney originally joined RailWorks in 2000 as a Project Manager and played a key role in expanding and strengthening the company’s track operations. Throughout his tenure, he advanced through a series of leadership positions, helping drive growth, safety, and talent development across the organization.
