Apprenticeship Program
Under RailWorks training and mentorship, you will have the opportunity to complete an 18-month Laborer Apprenticeship program where you will be introduced to the railroad construction industry, trained on the job, learn new skills and be compensated along the way. RailWorks will put you on the track for success!

On-the-Job Training
RailWorks participates in On-the-Job Training (OJT), a federal program funded by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). This program is designed to help employees develop new skills and gain hands-on training, under the supervision of experienced staff, while getting paid.
