RailWorks’ Chicago region achieved an impressive safety milestone on June 10, reaching 1,000 days with no OSHA Recordable Injuries.
The team celebrated the occasion with an awards ceremony in the Minooka, Ill. office, which serves the Midwest through track and transit work. The regional team is currently working on multiple projects in Chicago, including the rehabilitation of the Illinois International Port District (IIPD) and the Red and Purple Line modernization projects.
“Safety is top-of-mind for every employee at RailWorks, now more than ever,” said Mike McGee, RailWorks Vice President of Regional Operations. “I’m exceptionally proud of the Chicago team for their continued commitment to safety.”
Congratulations to all on this accomplishment!
