RailWorks built a loop track for American Milling in Illinois to support its coal-loading facility.
Crews from the Bridgeton, Mo., office worked on a multi-million-dollar project at American Milling, located on the Mississippi River in Illinois across from downtown St. Louis, Mo. Using concrete ties, crews constructed 21,756 feet of track and installed three turnouts to create a loop track to support a new coal-loading facility connected by both rail and barge.
