RailWorks crews out of the Northeast U.S. upgraded the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal Lift Bridge, which carries a Delmarva Central Railroad rail line across the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal. Over consecutive weekend track outages, the team installed:
- 350 bridge timbers
- 480 track feet of new rail
- 480 track feet of guard rail
- 960 linear feet of walkway and handrail
